These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of any product(s) and service(s) from Abaya Collection.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all this Website.
Term and conditions may often require updating and change upon which all updates will be communicated via our news feed.
We will do our utmost to ensure that Abaya Collection and its services remain uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Abaya Collection may occasionally suspend or restrict access to our services to allow for repairs, maintenance, updates or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will continue to strive to limit the frequency and duration of any such delay in our services.
Abaya Collection will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you agreed to use Abaya Collection and its services.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
If you use Abaya Collection, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and all other details included on your profile and shall agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Should you have reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner, you should inform us immediately, whilst it remains your responsibility to be kept confidential and secure.
You can access and update much of the information you have provided us with, including your account settings, in the My Account area of the website.
You must not use the website and any other Abaya Collection service in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, Abaya Collection, or any access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. Your usage must not be for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of these Conditions and/or any other applicable terms and conditions, applicable laws guidelines or policies.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of all our products, including the respective colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. On such occasions where upon delivery the item does not match your colour expectation, Abaya Collection will not be held responsible. All sizes mentioned on our website follow UK sizing guidelines and if you are unsure how this correlates to sizing you maybe more comfortable with, please refer to the size guide for further guidance. Due to the nature of the fabrics used in production, all measurements are approximate and all efforts have been used on all our products at the best quality.
Here at Abaya Collection we endeavour to and always provide the best service and products to all our customers. In the unlikely event, if you receive an item that seems to suffer from a manufacturing fault, please feel to contact us immediately. If possible, please include as much detail as possible including pictures and description and we will continue to investigate the matter and get back to you within 7 days. All instances where a manufacturing fault has been indicated, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices are also subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are always charged in addition; all additional charges will be displayed where applicable and included in the total cost before you complete payment.
All stock items will be dispatched either the same day or next day if ordered after 1pm. All custom orders will take between 4-7 weeks from payment date. All our products are subject to availability – as we offer a bespoke service it may not always be possible to complete your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with option(s) to cancel the order or offer an alternative conclusion to the sale.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
In order to contract with Abaya Collection you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Abaya Collection retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price will be indicated on the order pages when you place your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the Product advised to you is correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the Product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the Product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
The cards we accept payment from will be detailed on the online ordering process. You must pay for the Products before we dispatch them.

CUSTOM ORDERS/BESPOKE SERVICE
Any custom made bespoke abaya will require payment in full before any order is placed and started.
All bespoke orders take a minimum of 5 weeks and generally follow a 5-7 week time frame from date of payment. Depending on your specification and requirements some bespoke orders may be completed in a shorter period of time. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
Due to the nature of custom bespoke orders, once any order is placed and paid in full, it is non-refundable. In many cases, our production team will have had to source unique fabric(s) and other item(s) and such items cannot be refunded or resold.
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
These T&Cs relate to all Abaya Collection promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.
We are the data controller of any personal information that we collect from you in order to administer Abaya Collection. We take the protection of your personal information seriously.
Where you have consented for us to do so, we will send you the latest news from Abaya Collection, including product launches, special offers and information about loyalty points accrued on your purchases.
